The Buddina State School P&C is an active member of the school community and is focused on bringing closer co​operation between the parents, students, staff members and other members of the community.

The Buddina State School P&C:

• manages our school tuckshop, the Wave Break Cafe
  
• is involved and oversees fundraising activities
  
• provides funds raised to the school for improvements to achieve the best educational outcomes for students.
  

P&C membership

Normally, meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6.30pm in the staffroom of the administration building or in The Hub​ at Buddina State School.

These meetings provide a forum for you to hear of the progress of the school and the P&C association. These meetings aim to be informative about the school and your child's education as well as ways that the P&C are contributing to the educational outcomes for all students. New members are always welcome. 

Parent representatives

Another way you can be part of the P&C team is to become a class representative. Parent reps liaise with the classroom teacher before the meeting and provide a brief report of items of interest. Our Principal chairs the meetings; it is an opportunity for you to hear about the latest initiatives and innovations from around the school.

Volunteering

Volunteers are welcome and can register by completing the Volunteer Register form.  This form allows you to indicate where you may be able to help and all details will be kept confidential by the P&C and used for the purpose of contacting you to assist if necessary. You can find the form here​​. ​
